| Terry Mayotte serves as Oasis Outsourcing’s Executive Vice President and (CFO) Chief Financial Officer. He has held this position since the company was founded in 1996, and was one of the founders and key architects of Oasis’ strategy and financial success. Prior to joining Oasis, Terry was treasurer of The Wackenhut Corporation (Securitas Group 4) in West Palm Beach. In that role he supervised Wackenhut’s banking and cash operations, M&A and risk management. He also co-led the team charged with re-engineering Wackenhut’s business process. Together with a former colleague and friend Robert “Budd” Kneip, Mr. Mayotte formed Wackenhut’s PEO division, which ultimately became a separate entity – Oasis Outsourcing – in 2003.
During his tenure at Oasis, Terry has overseen the building of the company’s technology platform, the installation of its financial systems and controls and its M&A activities. He currently has management oversight of accounting, cash and risk management, benefits, strategic planning, finance and compliance areas. Terry is a graduate of Emory University.

David Dixon |

| David Dixon is a Vice President at Inforte Corporation, a Business & Decision company. He co-authored the book "Mastering the SAP Business Information Warehouse" written with Bill Inmon as well as white papers sponsored by Business Objects. David started his career in 1995 as a Financials and Controlling (FI/CO) consultant with SAP, specializing in all of the SAP reporting and analysis applications and tools. David was a Platinum Consultant before he left SAP in 1999 to join COMPENDIT, an SAP BW consultancy startup as a founding team member. COMPENDIT was acquired by Inforte in 2004 and in turn, Inforte was acquired by Business & Decision in 2007.
Leveraging the CRM and non-SAP capabilities that Inforte and Business & Decision brings to the SAP competency, David has been specializing in the area of architecting and designing custom composite applications in order to enable enterprise performance management (beyond the vendor sold solutions).
David has worked with SAP's development team on numerous occasions in support of Financial Performance Management. He has extensive project experience in implementing complicated global solutions for Fortune 100 companies and has presented at various SAP and BI forums such as TDWI, SAP TechEd, SAP NetWeaver BI and Portals and ASUG conferences.

Guillermo P. Gonzalez |

Guillermo P. Gonzalez has spent most of his career creating and sustaining Enterprise Platforms on a domestic an international scale. He supports businesses on efficient resource utilization, and on the creation of business capabilities through new platforms and business processes.
Most recently, from 2002 to 2008 Gonzalez supported Sony Latin America to achieve multiple business objectives. In Sony, Gonzalez commanded the implementation and standardization of a new ERP and other IT platforms creating business capabilities for Business Intelligence, Customer Service, Retail and other Direct Business channels. Gonzalez also championed and led the evolution of a new IT integrated and regional organization creating best in class operations with competency centers, software factories and off-shore models. He also built internal strategic business support capabilities such as an Consumer Direct Touch Point and Business Intelligence Competency Center with data architecture capabilities.
Prior to Sony, Gonzalez spent seven years at Kellogg Latin America where he held various management posts. Among his duties are included regional technology operation and architecture, head of business applications projects leading ERP implementations across the region, and general IT direction for the Latin American Operations division.
In addition to his Consumer Packaged Goods experience on food end electronics industries, Gonzalez has also worked on health care, consulting services and commodity trading industries. He has held assignments in Switzerland for Gruppe für Angewandte Informatik, a regional consulting company, and in Stanford, CT, for PMI International Commerce.
Gonzalez was born in Mexico. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Business Administration from TEC de Monterrey (ITESM) and a master’s degree in Global Business Administration from Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International Management. He resides in South Florida with his wife and two daughters.
